Our rates are already reasonable but always negotiable. We discuss with you to find a price that works for both of us, based on each, individual document’s level of complexity, formatting, tools required, type of original, time frame, etc. Some documents are clear and straightforward, while other projects require intensive involvement and research.

Few documents containing complex graphics and drawings which require greater effort than plain texts. Certain projects require the purchase of additional software packages to work with proprietary document formats and structures.

Another factor in determining cost is the quality of the original. Translating a clear MS Word document is much easier than puzzling out archived, handwritten, hard copies.

In addition, we allocate our resources based on the project timetable. We have a reputation for delivering results under high pressure. When possible, and if your schedule permits, we assign each project to a single translator. This ensures consistence in terminology and style. If time does not permit, we distribute the job among several translators. Whatever the case for your translation, our translation groups pride themselves on meeting any realistic deadline without loss of quality.

Just to give you an idea of the average price, we would like to offer our translation services for $20-30/page or 0.08-0.10 cents per word (taxes included). Certified translations of legal documents are priced higher.
